Hemp protein review

So as I've been working more I've been needing more protein because one of my goals is to build muscle as well as lose fat. And as you might be aware it's important to have a high protein diet or at least a good amount in your diet.
Even if you're not working out having more protein is good for you so this might be something you can add to your milkshakes, porridge etc if you'd like.
Hemp protein
-taken from the plant
-it is unflavoured
-you can buy it on my protein at 300g 1kg or on bulk powders from 500g to 5kg
-I bought mine on my protein at £24.99 but used the 37% discount (my husband got it as company discount but they also have a 30% discount on the website anyway) and got it for around £15 there's also p & p which is around £4 (this is to my address it may be different depending on where you live)

Pros
-the 1kg comes with a plastic scoop which is handy as you just use one scoop
-lasts a decent amount of time
-I like the packaging and the resealable zip
Cons
-because it's unflavoured you do have to get used to the taste but I quite like it
- because it's a green power it changes the colour of what you're eating so in my banana milkshake it turns it green, which isn't so bad but if you don't like it green I suppose it might be
Overall I'd say I like this protein powder and my husband also likes it, the taste isn't so bad after you get used to it and I feel better having something that's from plants. I'd say if you're hesitant try out the 500g from bulk powders or the 300g (doesn't come with plastic scoop cup) from my protein, some protein powders are flavoured so you could try a product that's flavoured if that'd be better for you.
My protein deliver to a lot of countries in Europe and Internationally but do check the list of countries they ship to.
Bulk powders also deliver to countries in Europe and a select few countries in Asia as well as Canada but once again do check for prices and all available countries.

My protein
Bulk powders

Anyway I hope that might help some of you find the right protein powder!

The most important daily habit

Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,  After a very long time I came across my blog once again and I decided I wanted to write something that I hope will benefit you inshaAllah.   I have found memorizing quran to be something I consistently struggle with mainly keeping a habit of it. Here are some tips I have found that helped me to make progress in my memorisation.   1. Think about the importance of the Quran, we know as muslims it is divine guidance so why would we not want to read and memorise it? The more we memorise the more we can use in our salah which should also help with our khushoo too inshaAllah.  This particularly helps if you are falling short of doing it daily, I know I have slacked and completely stopped memorizing for a while but when I really think about how important it is I make it a priority to do it.  2. Set a daily timer for it, build up to 30mins maybe start with 10mins the point is to be consistent as we know the ...

First Eid

It's the first Eid I havent in a long time been to Eid prayer at the mosque, this time I prayed it at home. It's also the first time I went to the cemetery on Eid. I went to visit my Dad. It's weird seeing a slab stone with his name- what's funny is we couldn't find it and we found another stone with his name but the age was wrong and the date of his death, it's funny how two people can die with the same names and different times and mean so much to different people. It's funny how I stared at the stone trying to make more of my Dad than just words written down, than just letters that make up his name, and numbers that make up his age, and everything and nothing that makes up the memory of him. It seems like the memory of him is a distant memory eventhough it was last year he was alive. Why does it feel like he didn't really exist? Why does it feel like he vanished? It was last year he wanted to talk to me, it was last year I was doing nursing, it was ...
