Its A Merry Eid

Assalamualaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh, I find myself writing from the corner of a cosy room, plumped down on a beanie. Today as you may all know is Christmas, we as muslims do not celebrate Christmas however it does not stop others from wishing us a 'Merry Christmas'. Christmas has become a universal holiday, originally it is the celebration of Jesus's Birthday however many do not even classify themselves as Christians yet still celebrate it for the sake of it. Christianity, to me, just does not make sense. Why would Jesus sacrifice himself for the absolution of other's sins? Astaghfirullah. Thats accountablility right out the window.
